Set-up and meet for all inspections including building, fire, electric, plumbing, HVAC, insulation, CO for occupancy of house or building. Incorporating all other sub contractors with time lines and locations of supply lines to major services, appliances, cabinetry and structural areas that cannot be moved or drilled through. In my 40yrs of experience I've been able come up with insuring ideas working with many other architects, designers and contractors to meet proper building codes of any project under my supervision. I'm very knowledgeable of making on site repairs with all my on hand/power tools located in my vehicle for work. I have very high standards when to my work and other peoples work of craftsmanship is a priority in my book.

• Read and interpreted drawings, plans and specifications to complete projects accurately.
• Performed minor wall repair, installed drywall, and applied wallpaper.
• Completed daily, weekly, and monthly checklists on building equipment to maintain records of scheduled maintenance procedures.
