Leads & coordinates enlisted executive/administrative functions for 9 Special Operations Squadrons and 1300 personnel. Directly reports to Group Commander on qualification, standardization & evaluation status of 800+ assigned aircrew.

Senior Evaluator/ QA Loadmaster in Special operations air mobility unit, ensures MAJCOM compliance for aviators employed in 3 areas of responsiblities. Evaluates NVG low-level, SOF infiltration/exfiltration, resupply airdrop, air-to-air refueling & forward area refueling/rearming operations

Served as the primary advisor to the Squadron Commander & dedicated focal point for all health, morale, welfare & Quality of Life issues for 124 personnel. Provides advice on resource allocation, policy & career coaching to ensure mission readiness & the successful execution of the units $55 Million Flying Hour Program. Evaluates 9 combat ready aircrew on a $121 Million dollar aircraft conducting specialized air mobility & development of next-generation MC-130 capabilities.

Developed courseware for Air Forces sole MC-130J capabilities development detachment & test/evaluates on a $291K budget. Directs unit training program; monitors upgrade/On-Job-Training progression, enusres group/flight operations readiness of emerging MDS tasks. Integrates with development and operational test of MC-13)J CR-2 program; guides new AFSOC op unit/Formal Training Unit Stand-up.

Led training functions & managed Training Review Boards, training folders, syllabus of instruction, ground/flight currencies, upgrades & unit training plans. Intergrates with developmental & operational test of MC-130J CR-2 program, ensures operations sustainability of new systems.

Instructs specialized combat aircrew employment $95M aircraft in support of INDOPACOM/US/allied SOF/USCENTCOM. Scheduled combat training sorites; managed joint international mission support request; supported 7.5k training events across 4 services in USSOCOM largest AOR. Managed scheduling, training and currency for 63 aircrew; planned & executed ops for 6 aircraft$13M/2,434 flying-hr program.
