I am currently a plugging supervisor/ cementer. @ Mesa Well Service. i supervise a 4 man rig crew, and over see the job from start to finish. i am responsible for making sure we get the equipment moved from job to job safely, and get rigged up and check well pressures and get it bled down. to start job and pull any/ all items in the well to begin plugging. i am responsible of communnicating with texas RRC, and company rep. and our office. fill out daily tickets. I calculate tubing tally, and cement volume needed to set plugs, and or packer for squeezing cement into perfs. i run packers, backhoe , wireline,cement pump, help rig crew, trouble shoot and work on equipmet when needed. plan rig move. and order tools, and equipment needed for the job. i also run fishing tools when needed. push the crew and plan the tasks in order to plug well on or before the alotted time.i am permitted to haul explosives to / from location, needed for wireline. record maintnace performed on equipment. I am mechanicly inclined .

I supervised a 5 man rig crew, communicated with company rep. and rrc on daily bases. Did paperwork, tally for tubing needed to set ( pump ) cement plugs at depth needed. run cement pump, plan daily tasks. ordered tools when needed . kept up with maintenance on equipment. kept up with all paperwork/ records of equipment/tools tested ass needed for customer.

I supervised 4 rig crews with supervisors , 4 wireline crews. ( 30 employees) ordered rig supplies and tools, kept inventory on it as well and reordered as needed, i also ordered, distributed explosives to and from rigs for wireline use. Communicated daily with rig supervisors, met with customers daily. helped trouble shoot and work on equipment when needed. Met and help resolve down hole problems with customer and rig supervisors. Kept records on equipment maintenance.

I supervised a 5 man crew, ran reverse unit and fishing tools when needed. communicated daily with company rep. planned for dialy tasks. kept records/paperwork on all equipment, lifting tools etc..did all paperwork/ jsa/ tailgate safety meetings etc..monitor well, pumped to maintain well control.

I ran reverse unit and assisted rig crew. helped maintain well control, clean out well, run fishing tools when needed. communicated with company man and rig operator to plan daily task. assisted with squeeze jobs, acid jobs. drill outs. Kept daily records, and paperwork on well. ran power swivel when needed.

I ran reverse unit to maintain well control, wash outs, pressure pumping. ran foam unit to help get and maintain circulation on well to complete job on task, assisted rig crew on well maintenance. communicated with company man and operator to plan daily tasks. monitor well, ran fishing tools when needed. kept pipe tally. kept records and paperwork, tickets. Daily. ran power swivel when needed.

Ran air compressors to assists in drilling gas wells, and maintain circulation while drilling. air drilling helped drill wells in less time. also ran nitrogen units along with air. maintained and serviced equipment . after 3 years, i got promoted to field supervisor, which i was over seeing 5 air packages in fort stockton and 2 more in colorado. kept equipment records, coordinated equipment and personals to jobs. travel over sea to help start air drilling projects. then added foam units to our fleet and assisted on drill outs and well completions. received several awards/ bonuses for safety and annual revenues. Helped trouble shoot and work on equipment.
