Work History

Sandwich Artist

SUBWAY®Restaurants
04.2024 - Current

My primary job is serve customers by making sandwiches, cashiering and guiding and informing customers about our menu amongst other things. There are no more than 3 workers at our location at a given time. in addition to making sandwiches, we are also required to clean equipment, dishes, rooms, floors etc... We are also responsible for restocking and preparing drinks and food items, doing inventory, correcting cash drawer mistakes and closing or opening depending on the time. This job has taught me more about the complexities and roles in the food industry. It has also allowed me to practice completing a set amount of tasks within an allotted time. Overall this fast food job is a demanding position that requires grit, teamwork and customer service skills.

Front Desk Receptionist

Method Gym
04.2022 - Current

There is only one employee in the building for many houses of the gyms operation. At front desk I am responsible for signing and cancelling memberships, check in customers, provide information on classes and memberships, clean equipment, restock cleaning supplies and more. I open and close depending on when my manager needs my services. my job as a receptionist was my first job that taught me independence, time management and how to create a positive connection with the consumer.

Volunteer

Camp Maria
06.2023 - 07.2023

I was a camp consoler at a christian youth summer camp. As consolers, we hd the responsibility of leading group activities, cleaning facilities used and interacting and caring for the children of the camp. Volunteering at Camp Maria was an engaging experience that required coordination and teamwork amongst staff members. Being a counselor allowed for me to be more connected with nature, learn to guide and inform the youth and all while learning more about the catholic faith.
