• Volunteered to be an interim data analyst lead on a data science project to predict trends for student aptitude/success rates. Self taught in Power Bi and Excel, I was able to lead and teach an intern on how to plan and create dashboard prototypes while utilizing DAX queries for custom visualizations for the migration over from the current customer relation management system.

• For the school's new "Cloud Engineering Immersive" program, was tasked with completing/testing the program's official Microsoft Learning Management System(LMS) course (Azure IoT Specialty (AZ-220)) in order to find any bugs(C#) and Bash line errors(Linux) and documenting the solutions in a troubleshooting Q&A for use by technical staff and for students when attending the course.

• As a Jr. Level Admin; added users/groups in Azure; performed login resets, tracking meetings attendance in Microsoft Teams Administrative Portal as well as implemented email filtering and spam to protect the company from malware.

• As part of an engineering team, provided onsite and remote engineering technician support in programming and networking to two Dairy Processing/Manufacturing facilities while facilitating strong rapport with union production workers in order to gain feedback and learn/listened about common issues with machines and daily workflow.
• Managed an industrial distributed computer network with Windows Server 2012 based virtual machines in order to manage multiple virtual servers and remote machinery uptime/downtimes.
• Helped to manage/update/create UI/X designs for touchscreens and manage/write PLC code (Low Level code) on Main PLC computer involved in tracking machine PLC data from multiple industrial computers (factory floor) which tracked business metrics/KPIs for machine run times and product throughput(Milk Cartons, Milk Levels , etc.).

• Installed and troubleshot industrial control systems on CNC robotics.
• Trained customers and technicians on how to use industrial software.

• Installed and troubleshot industrial control systems on robotic fabrication machines.
• Trained customers and technicians on how to use industrial software(CAD based).
