The Casino DPS Floor Officer is responsible for ensuring the safety, security, and regulatory compliance of the casino environment. Operating as a uniformed presence on the gaming floor and throughout casino premises, the Floor Officer upholds public safety standards, supports operational integrity, and fosters a secure, welcoming atmosphere for guests, employees, and vendors.

This role combines elements of law enforcement, customer service, and surveillance support. The officer monitors guest behavior, responds to incidents and emergencies, helps enforce gaming laws, and ensures casino operations comply with state, tribal, and federal regulations. Floor Officers serve as the first line of defense in preventing and managing threats such as theft, fraud, disorderly conduct, or other disruptions within the casino property.
