As A Supervisor at Great Meadow Correctional , I was Responsible for the Programs assigned to the inmate Residents of the Facility. Great Meadow had a inmate population of 1,689 Maximum Security Designated Felons. All Inmates had Work and Therapeutic Counseling Assignments which were required by the State of New York .

Each assignment complied with the New York State Department of Corrections Regulations And within the Risk Management Guidelines of facility.

Work assignments were based on their ability to do the job.

Therapeutic Assignments were based on Criminal Behavior.

Academic assignments were based on the inmate Resident's academic levels and whether the resident can improve in that area.

As the Supervisor overseeing the Programs it was my job to evaluate each inmate for the program assigned to them. The evaluation was based on the Resident's needs and Security. Factors.

My job was to evaluate each resident individually, assign them to each program and supervise the payrolls for each program.

• Monitored and maintained clean working areas and cooking surfaces.
• Handled cash register operations and supervised the transactions
• Dealt with any complaints or issues regarding the customer service .
• Made the orders and managed the front of the Restaurant
• Supervised the Dining Room and All Staff during the shift.
