I have worked hard ever sense i started working at the age of 16.
I have always been interested in growing my career and just learning more things to make life better. Every job i have had i was always told i am a great member to have on the team. I have had only 5 jobs but each one has been almost 2 years or longer of service. All of them besides the first two jobs i have had, I worked up to either the team lead or manager. I feel communication and morale is a key to a good working crew. I encourage people to be open and ask questions about anything they are not sure on for it is the way to grow. I look forward to meeting people who are growing in life and sharing knowledge just like me.
