calculate onsite numbers of material actually needed to build site

manage and support sub contractors quality control

work with and train operators to accomplish goals in a timely matter

report to superintendent progress problems and solutions

lay out when survey is unavailable

operate heavy equipment when needed

finish grade if needed

manage road crew 4-10 operators

coordinate with superintendent to complete specific phases of roadway construction

plan and execute daily tasks

insure all osha standards are followed

work with fdot inspectors

manage all setup of road/lane closures

grading/dirt foreman

plan and execute daily/weekly projects

teach and train heavy equipment operators

operate motor grader
