
As an employee of Advanced Automation, provided multi-year JDE E812 support. Project included initial installation and remote and on-site long term JDE CNC support. Coordinated all aspects of E812 Install including pre-install audit, interview with project manager, identifying equipment, identifying DBA-CNC resource and translator. Provided CNC task list. Provided training to Japanese CNC including all aspects of the CNC job description from installation, tools release updates, CNC research via JDE Knowledge Garden/Oracle Metalink, troubleshooting, security and JDE system administration. Provided long-term CNC remote support to Nakamoto’s North American client. Support included ALL aspects of CNC support including tools release updates, performance tuning, Server Manager installation, Web server /Oracle Application Server (OAS) support and configuration, JDE user and applications Security, change management via Object Management Workbench (OMW) to include package build and Electronic Software Update (ESU) patches and Tools Release Updates. Client was on Oracle 10g on Windows Server 2008 OS.
