Execute and supervise 60+ construction projects per year, ranging from $100K to $1.5M in revenue.
Manage project operations including forecasting, estimating, design, scheduling, product shipment, construction consultation, and invoicing.
Delegate design tasks to a team of engineers while monitoring performance, providing quality assurance and quality control, and promoting teamwork.
Work cohesively with customers to identify possible furnace improvements and provide material recommendations throughout the entire project design and construction phases.
Manage the distribution division by assisting CSR team members by fielding customer phone calls, processing sales orders, generating purchase orders, and developing invoices.
Provide oversight of three manufacturing warehouse facilities that produce a wide range of refractory components including custom design ceramic modules, precast, and shop installations.
Monitor and approve workman hours of 18-20 non-union employees.
Track maintenance of shop equipment: Folding machine, module banding machine, industrial band saws, die press.
Facilitate material orders upwards of $3M in value by coordinating with domestic and oversea suppliers to ensure material is delivered and stocked appropriately.
