At South Fork Sports Bar, as Head Grill Cook, I leveraged my adeptness in cooking techniques and team collaboration to enhance kitchen operations and menu offerings. My initiative in introducing a new menu item garnered customer acclaim, showcasing my strengths in menu development and customer service, while continuously adapting and expanding my culinary skill set.
I used my ability to help others in the kitchen to use the grill/fryers and how to correctly make and prepare the food that was being served,also hinted a future menu item and it was soon a success and the customers enjoyed the meal that was presented to them.
