  • Managed 3 unique work centers manned by 40 airmen, developed performance standards, establishing and implementing training and workload scheduling, establishing workload priorities and providing feedback and member assessments.
  • Quality Assurance NCO – Initiated the squadron’s first QA program from the ground up. We were the first to utilize MICT and provide oversight to squadron programs. I conducted managerial, personnel and equipment evaluations, insuring unit leadership is informed as to status of its warfighting readiness.
  • SOCS Tactical COMSEC Responsible Officer – Prior to 2010 I managed the wings largest COMSEC account, trained over 45 user annually, supporting training and real world contingency operations.
  • Developed new UTC based training system creating a more diverse Cyber Warrior to meet AFSOC’s demanding deployment and operations tempo.
  • 15 years of planning exercises - Planned semi-annual unit field exercises and annual training summer camp’s, coordinated all aspects with squadron leadership and host base working funding and budgeting, equipment and personnel transportation, lodging and training schedule of events.
  • Served as deployed J6 on more than 15 separate OEF and OIF contingency operations since 2001. Supporting Joint US, NATO and Coalition forces supervisor communication’s personnel, providing leadership and customers detailed plans of action for improving IT process, current and future equipment sustainment and lifecycle plans, recommended courses of action for equipment deployment, employment and re-deployment. Briefing leadership on policy and directives for administrating IT systems to include hardware and software.
  • Equipment Custodian - Perform duties as the primary EC managing over $7M in tactical equipment assets, worked directly with AFSOC and 193 LRS in procurement, sustainment and equipment lifecycle. Represented the squadron during semi-annual inventory inspections of all Property Book and CACRL assets. I also managed two ADPE equipment accounts for computer hardware and peripheral devices.
  • Budgeting and funds management – I’ve been a IMPAC card holder and supply custodian since 2000, I have obligated more than $1M in O&M funds supporting communication and aircraft requirements for home station and contingency support worldwide. Worked in close coordination with 193 Contracting Office, 193 Comptroller Flight and HQ AFSOC working MIPR’s, FORM 9’s and unfunded requirements.
  • Chairs and participates in meeting and discussions, attends IT conferences discussing of wide range of IT related initiatives, problem solving, and special projects with base management and customers.
  • 20 years of outstanding relationship with HQ AFSOC Plans and Mobility division working budgetary, UTC training, manpower and equipment initiatives.
  • Provided sounds advice and briefed Wing, Group and Squadron Commanders on personnel, training and equipment statuses, outlining detailed plan to insure units training and equipment shortfalls are identified and a detailed plan is developed to address and correct any deficiencies.
