Proactive leader focused on operational efficiency, operational safety, and team motivation. Experienced in conducting audits and developing engagement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and performance metrics. Ready to leverage expertise for impactful contributions in a fast-paced environment.
As an Area Supervisor, I demonstrated skills to an entire area. Conducting IRT Audits, Conducting Engagement Audits, and Conducting Wait time audits are audits that have been completed. I also Directed many of associate appreciation events, like our own Fury's, which was our Golden Thumb award show for recognizing our outstanding associates throughout the year. I also created our Associate of the Week program, which shouted out associates that went above and beyond each week for each area. Coordinated with our leadership team on staffing needs, news updates, toolboxes, inservices, and forms that improved our team each day. Analyzed trends in ridership and voice of customer submissions and demonstrated to our team. I was also trained on being the Manager on Duty or Rides 1, getting the experience to overlook the entire Operations of rides.
Starting as a Rides Supervisor, I was placed at the Nighthawk complex, which was also paired with Windseeker. I had to lead a complex and made sure each associate delivered on all iROC components and Cornerstones. I was also tasked to complete a rotation, which made sure each associate got a fair and balanced shift at each ride and getting a required break. Also as a Rides Supervisor, I was placed at Goldrusher, Carolina Cyclone, and Ricochet. I trained and mentored all of the staff on how the operational procedures and safety guidelines work. With these rides, I got more experience and understood more of dynamics of each ride and how they all operator differently. I completed excel sheets with staffing, trends, and uploading our Daily Operational Reports. I made sure the teams completed pulse checks and felt comfortable at the job they signed up for.
As a Ride Operator, I demonstrated our Internal auditor program "iROC" 10 critical components. Those components being Professionalism, Engagement, Rider Screening, Load and Unload, Area Access Control, Restraint Device Security Verification, Operator Communication, Operator Safe Zones, Pre Dispatch Safety Check, and Operator Preparedness. These 10 components made me deliver Safe, Efficient, and and Engaging Guest experience for our guests. As a Ride Operator, I also delivered on our Cornerstones. Those Cornerstones being Cleanliness, Safety, Service, Integrity, Courtesy, and Inclusiveness. Also as a Ride Operator, I became a Certified Trainer. I trained other associates to the highest level and also deliver on the Safe, Efficient, and Engaging experience that we deliver to our guests. I had the opportunity to work at various rides also. Those Rides being all of the Camp Snoopy attractions, Thunder Striker, and Afterburn. All of these rides gave a different and unique perspective of how the operations are done.
At East Coast Wings, I learned how to greet guests and provide excellent customer service. I also processed take out orders in the kitchen and at the front desk. With this process I managed phone calls for the business and take people's orders. Cleanliness was also a big skill, bussing tables, cleaning the bathrooms, cleaning dishes, and cleaning the kitchen. While being a Host, I also learned some culinary experience, learning how to make appetizers and the delicious wings.
