John Sullivan

After 36 years in Public Education with 22 of those in Canton ISD, I decided to retire from the teaching profession. As a secondary teacher, I considered myself a devoted educator and team member who was dedicated to promoting student learning and enhancing individual potential. Over the years as a Coach and Athletic Director, I developed a willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet district goals with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

After taking a year off, I realized that teaching and coaching is part of who I am and that I was missing that connection with students and colleagues.

I consider myself an organized and dependable candidate for an available teaching/coaching position; successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude.
