In 2016 I started as a maintenance repairer. My job duties are to diagnose/repair stryker beds by using a volt meter to check amps or volts going to a load sensor to see if it was shorted out. Also to check to see if there was a bad lift motor or shorted circuit board. I also repaired/diagnose oven/stoves by checking if the main control board was bad or a heating element. I also repaired/diagnose dishwasher/sanitizer by checking for power at the control board, water pump, heating element and sensor relays. I also repaired/diagnose exhaust/supply fans, washers and dryers, refrigerators freezers and other appliances and equipment. I started helping the electricians as a electricians helper assisting in installing conduit on the walls or in the attic, bending conduit to go to electrical boxes and service panels. I then will pull wire to make electrical connections. I have been remodeling old light fixtures and installing new LED light fixtures in the admin building and our residential houses. I also have been updating the residential houses by removing all the old wiring, light fixtures, and the old service panels. Then I install new updated service panels, pulling in new circuits to the light fixtures, outlets, switches and making all electrical connections. I have also been locating utilities like water lines, gas lines, phone and cable lines and under ground power lines using an electronic locator and utility plot-maps. I also plan, layout, assemble, install, test and maintain electrical fixtures and apparatus such as switch panels and bus bars, test circuits for continuity and proper connections. I have to diagnose/repair or replace motors that run on chiller towers or exhaust fans. I do the ordering for supplies for a project or inventory to have on and to do a job or repair.

*My other duties were mowing the campus.

*I also been cutting trees down hauling them off with a dump truck and loading with a bobcat also coming back grinding the stumps with a stump grinder.

*I also been spraying the yards for weed control and spraying cracks for weeds.

*I also lead the snow crew 8 to 10 staff members per shift and assign the areas what get done first and check up on them and the work.

*I also train 20 staff members on equipment operation and the safety features of each equipment.

In 1989 I started working for Oly Burke wiring new residential homes and rewiring older residential homes. On new residential houses I would us blue prints for electrical layouts. Then I would install the breaker box and then the outlets, light and switch boxes at the locations from going off the blue prints. I would also pull in Romex wire like 12/2 for outlets, 14/2 to single pole light switches and 14/3 for 3-way light switches. I've also pulled in 10/3 wire to dryers, oven and AC units. I would then come back and make all the electrical connections to the light fixtures, outlets, and light switches; and make all connections to the breakers. I can also run the trencher and trench a path from the power pole to the meter on the side of the house and would bury the ground wire.
