• Responsible for supporting strategy development and leading implementation of Floor & Decor’s Supplier Diversity and Development Program focusing on Internal/External Strategic Partnerships, Supplier Development, and Supplier Performance opportunities (Supplier Outreach, Pre & Post Contract Development).
• Provide enterprise-wide guidance on policy, process, and performance indicators while integrating the enterprise program with indirect procurement.
• Established, adjusted, and continuously monitored metrics, such as the number of diverse suppliers, total annual spend, YOY category spend movement, and diverse supplier penetration management utilizing PowerPoint or Excel formats.
• Collaborated and partnered with Construction, IT, Marketing, HR, Facilities, and Visual Merchandising business units, to capture ongoing needs and potential diverse solutions in support of Floor & Decor’s indirect procurement and supplier diversity team initiatives.
