Best Rover Award For Mars Project Expo University of Connecticut

• Led the design, programming, assembly, and testing of an award-winning Mars rover prototype recognized as Best Rover at UConn’s ENGR 1166 project expo.
• Programmed the rover using C++ and developed a Wi-Fi web-control interface for remote steering and throttle control.
• Integrated mechanical design, motor control, steering, power distribution, wireless communication, and prototype testing while coordinating project direction for the team.
• Worked closely with teammates to connect the rover’s technical design, programming, and testing process to a clear project poster presentation.

FPV Drone Build Project 

Independent Technical Project

• Built and configured high-speed first-person-view drones that streamed live onboard camera footage to pilot goggles during flight.
• Integrated flight controllers, ESCs, brushless motors, FPV cameras, video transmitters, receivers, antennas, and LiPo battery systems.
• Programmed and tuned flight controls using Betaflight, including motor calibration, receiver setup, flight modes, and control response adjustments.
• Developed hands-on experience with soldering, wiring, power distribution, wireless communication, and compact electronics troubleshooting.
