I organized a men’s Sunday school class “Sunday Morning talk” that helped a lot of men’s breakthroughs. I organized the men into a drama team doing plays and musicals. The men’s department saw an increase by 46% with many times more men in church than women. Created a Spanish ministry and services, also over the Baptism Ministry and the Altar call team.
