Help build and maintain existing trails while using heavy equipment (excavator’s, skid steers and soil conditioners) and hand tools. Trails would range from large flow trails, bike park and hand built single track trails. All being built in a sustainable manner.

• Operated with safety and skill to avoid accidents and delays.
• Maintained a clean driving record while adhering to company policies and federal regulations for transportation safety.
• Maintained daily, legible DOT log book and submitted corresponding documents.
• Inspected trucks for malfunctions and reported vehicles to management for corrective action.

The most humbling job I’ve ever done. I learned a lot from my children. A job that I will always cherish forever. During this time I did part- time landscaping and volunteer work for the Colorado Mountain Bike Association. Which led to future my employment with my current employer Adventure Trail Systems.

• Grill and Saute duties included being in charge of ones mise en place, cleaning of my station and preparing a prep list for the next day.

• Prepared soup de jour, Daily Lunch and Dinner Specials
• Scheduled staff and did daily orders with vendors
• General line cooking duties while keeping our team members happy in a very fast paced environment
• Also preparing private dinner menu's that paired our craft beers with Locally sourced Colorado wild game.

• Prepare nightly dinner specials with an ever-changing assortment of fresh seafood from around the world
• Learning an assortment of cocktails and an extensive wine list.

• Memorizing extensive and always changing wine list
• Keeping a sense of urgency without the customer noticing.
