Participated in on-site dig program with Salve Regina University Archeology Department at various locations in Newport County. We specifically studied cemeteries as well as home sites that contained remains from the 17th, 18th and 19th centuries.
Conducted research for a preservation and restoration foundation based in Newport, Rhode Island that owns and restores the largest number of 18th century homes in the United States and then makes the homes available for rent. Specifically conducted research on an 18th century home in Newport that was built in 1720 and purchased by the foundation in 1968 and subsequently restored. One of the home's most prominent residents and owners was the Reverend Mahlon van Horne, the very prominent Black minister and civil rights activist of the 19th century as well as the first elected Black member of the Newport Education Committee and the first Black elected to the Rhode Island General Assembly.
Performed Shakespeare in the Woods at an outdoor amphitheatre in Conway, New Hamphire: a summer performance of vignettes of Shakespeare plays and songs that were adapted from Shakespeare plays .

I have played tennis since I was five and know everything about the game and its history and players. Politics is my second love and my dad served in the White House and was a political consultant and I still keep him apprised of facts every day.
