In addition to the duties of a Senior Admissions Associate, I have leadership and organizational responsibilities. I am in charge of responding to guest compliments and complaints and making sure they are handled appropriately to the situation. I manage the other Associates on a daily basis and am trusted to ensure they are performing according to Museum policies and procedures. I create the daily schedule for the team and make certain that they are fair and balanced for each Associate. I regularly meet with Museum leadership in all departments to make sure that I and my team are up to date on new tickets and sales and are ready for each new event. In addition to the duties of an Admissions Associate, responsible for cash handling and inventory management. Responsible for each Associate's morning cash bag along with the manager's bag, ensuring all cash has been counted in correctly, and returning bags to Cash Management at the end of the day. Assist with both group and digital guide operations. Trusted to talk to group leaders and relay all relevant information about the Museum and its offerings. Assist with group data entry and organization. Trusted to run the Admissions desk when directed by leadership.
Responsible for selling all tickets to guests of the Museum, including general admissions, guided tours, and attractions. Responsible for promoting and selling memberships to the Museum. Counted on to know all general policies, especially those regarding cash-handling and counting both in and out at the beginning and end of the day. Trusted to be courteous, kind, and helpful to guests and able to provide an answer to any question.

Scheduled appointments for the staff and conducted an extensive phone survey to determine how the rising senior class spent the summer. Trusted as first point of contact for visitors and callers and provided answers and timely follow-up.
