In addition to the duties of a Senior Admissions Associate, I have leadership and organizational responsibilities. I am in charge of responding to guest compliments and complaints and making sure they are handled appropriately to the situation. I manage the other Associates on a daily basis and am trusted to ensure they are performing according to Museum policies and procedures. I create the daily schedule for the team and make certain that they are fair and balanced for each Associate. I regularly meet with Museum leadership in all departments to make sure that I and my team are up to date on new tickets and sales and are ready for each new event. I am trusted to work independently for the betterment of my team and the Museum as a whole.
