Work with property management company, doing repairs to common areas of properties.
Have been onsite manager at Strathmore Park Condo's North Bethesda, MD 20852 for 10 years (they hired my company to do onsite management/maintenance).
Have been doing maintenance there for 17 1/2 years.
Prior to opening my own business I was estimator/project manager for large commercial Drywall/painting company.
I have been in construction trade for over 40 years.
