- I took over and helped grow the Spinal Treatment Center in Riverdale, from a handful of visits a day by the previous chiropractor to a successful clinic.
- I initiated the creation of Riverdale Physical Therapy with Taylor North and George Lin.
- Manage schedules, duties, and responsibilities for Chiropractors and any fill-in chiropractors at USC-Taylorsville (glass), STC-Riverdale, CMF-Salt Lake.
- Patient file reviews of all patients, weekly.
- Conduct monthly Chiropractor training meetings and staff meetings for multiple clinics.
- Conduct Bi-monthly, one-on-one training with multiple Chiropractors.
- Participate in Bi-monthly Tebra managers meeting.
- Weekly appointments with patients at multiple clinics to oversee and manage patient treatment plans and referral needs.
- Has helped Jordan with information collection and helped Dr Gauruder with Tebra integration and up to date modifications.
- Perform physical examinations and assessments of patients to diagnose musculoskeletal issues.
- Provide manual therapies such as spinal manipulation, trigger point therapy, and other soft tissue techniques and Instruct patients on proper posture, body mechanics, ergonomics, and pain management techniques.
- Maintain detailed records of patient history, diagnosis, treatments performed, progress notes, and recommendations for future care.
- Order diagnostic tests such as x-rays or MRIs to aid in diagnosis and treatment decisions.
- Refer to other healthcare providers for further evaluation or specialized care.
- Manage office staff to ensure compliance with HIPPA and state regulations.
- Attend seminars or conferences related to Chiropractic medicine in order to stay abreast of new developments in the field.

- Co-designed and created a mobile clinic, a 48 foot trailer, used to take to self-insured companies to evaluate and treat employees through chiropractic care but mainly through blood analysis and nutraceuticals with the goal of getting employees off the most common prescription drugs.

As the Director of Chiropractic
- I am confident in my abilities as a provider and in my reputation among personal injury attorneys that as I take on a larger roll, I can help the growth of FirstCare Medical through improving and optimizing case management of existing patients and increased referrals from attorneys as they recognize my priorities of patient care, communication, and case building / management.
