TPM and Change Management

• Lead the strategic direction for all utilities to include ammonia refrigeration systems, infrastructure, and support areas within the facility.

• Responsible for managing the Maintenance Reliability Engineering team globally for all Kohler Facilities.
• Manage Reliability Engineering associates in North America, Asia and Europe.
• Help to implement the facility wide risk management philosophy and strategy that included inspection, risk ranking and prioritizing of equipment with single failure points, as well as a repair strategy to mitigate risk.
• Lead and manage the development of reliability and maintenance initiatives that resulted in significant cost savings to the company through RCM tools (RCA, Kaizen, Set-up reduction, Six Sigma, etc...)
• Responsibility for facilitating and coordinating turnaround support and capital project support on all Brownfield Facilities.
• Develop and manage all facility build and maintenance cost during a new plant startup for both Greenfield and Brownfield sites.
• Develop all Kohler Project Management Phases (KPMP) documentation to cover all 5 phases from white paper to full plant production.
• Oversee the use of all our EAM/ERP programs which include SAP PM, MP2 INFOR and Maximo maintenance planning software.
