Nearly 20 years’ experience in leadership, management, and program management as an active duty Team Leader, Squad Leader, and Platoon Sergeant, as well as Fitness Program Management Specialist. Honorably discharged Veteran with previous assignments in Infantry units with combat experience in Iraq and Afghanistan.   • As a Superintendent, I was responsible for assisting in managing all operation activities, personnel, customer relationships, and local and area business development. This position has supervisory responsibility to analyze the working schedules, patterns, and environment of field employees. Additionally, I was also responsible for assisting the Operations/Yard Manager in ensuring all company and customer policies are adhered to as well as ensuring their operational activities are compliant with federal, state and local legislation.   • Role Priorities / Responsibilities: Create a safe work environment by recognizing unsafe working conditions and making the appropriate corrections. Ensure employees are aware of their environment and any existing or potential hazards and are compliant with Stallion Safety policies and standards. Ensure optimum asset utilization by managing local inventory (usage and tracking). Ensure that necessary asset maintenance is performed (required maintenance and ad-hoc repairs) or notifying appropriate management to maintenance requirements. Assist in managing all physical and electronic records, as well as all proprietary Stallion information at assigned locations. Assist in evaluating, selecting and maintaining appropriate vendor relationships. Assist in maintaining appropriate staffing levels and work schedules to optimize and manage work hours, OT hours in particular, to ensure a safe working environment and overall profitability. Assist in training crews on various field procedures and operations. Evaluate, report and manage progress and evaluation of new employees. May assist in managing employee time and approve physical and electronic payroll timesheets. Assist in managing employee performance and take appropriate disciplinary action (up to and including termination) when required. Transportation Security Officer (TSO)

  • As a TSO, my duties include providing security and protection of air travelers, airports and aircraft in a courteous and professional manner. This includes: Operating various screening equipment and technology to identify dangerous objects in baggage, cargo and on passengers, and preventing those objects from being transported onto aircraft. Performing searches and screening, which may include physical interaction with passengers (e.g., pat-downs, search of property, etc.), conducting bag searches and lifting/carrying bags, bins, and property weighing up to 50lbs. Implementation of security procedures that serve the travelling public by preventing prohibited and potentially deadly objects from being transported onto an aircraft. Controlling terminal entry and exit points. Maintaining close communication with fellow Transportation Security Officers (TSOs) and supervisors regarding any issues which may reveal vulnerabilities in the screening areas. Interacting with the public, giving directions and responding to inquiries.   • As a delivery driver, my duties included conducting inspections of vehicle before departing to deliver goods, packing and loading products onto trucks according to company’s specifications, delivering orders to customers on assigned routes, maintaining ongoing communication with route dispatcher, unloading goods as per client specifications, reviewing deliveries with customers to ensure products meet their needs, as well as obtaining delivery confirmations from each customer.   • As a Squad Leader in USAREUR's Opposing Force (OPFOR) Battalion at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center (JMRC), I was responsible for training a 10 man element (squad) to conduct Full Spectrum Operations (FSO) in the contemporary operational environment and during rotational training exercises for all deploying USAREUR and NATO forces; responsible for the health, welfare, morale, training, professional development, and tactical employment of eight Soldiers; responsible for the maintenance, accountability, and operational readiness of three M113A3s and all squad assigned weapons, optics, communications equipment, and CBRNE equipment valued in excess of $1,500,000. Selected by the 1SG over six other Staff Sergeants to train Romanian Ground Forces on counter IED operations, preparing them for their upcoming deployment to OEF. In commensuration with these, I received laudatory comments from the Secretary of the Army for my squad’s violence of action during company-level MOUNT training. I graduated in the top 10% of the Safety Officer Course; resulting in timely and accurate reporting of all accidents and incidents. A charismatic and dynamic leader who sets and maintains the standards in every aspect of my job, which inspired my subordinates to achieve success in all missions and tasks.
