As mentioned before, I am an oft-published writer, professional biographer, journalist, and arts writer. My first book, Sam Shepard: A Life, was well reviewed by the Wall Street Journal, Boston Globe, L.A. Times, Boston's NPR affiliate WBUR, and several other magazines and websites.
