I'm sure I'll be the oldest candidate but nobody will put in the time that I will. The job posting says it starts in August but I'd have 100 hours in by then. I want to hit the ground running so by the time practice starts we're not wasting time standing around. One thing I'd like to do different is not go to the cafeteria after school. The students all get time in class to get their schoolwork done so we're wasting 45 minutes in the cafeteria as most of the players are playing games on their chromebooks during that time. I'd still want to check grades and provide assistance if needed but we need to find a better way to do that. I'd like to get get practice done by 5:30 and we could do that if we keep everybody busy. I know this is an important hire for the football program at North Fond du Lac. We need more kids to go out and that's not going to happen if we keep losing by large amounts. I think I can help bring about that change.
