  • I would resolve scheduling conflicts if a provider called out and reschedule patients in an appropriate amount of time, I was responsible for confirming patient appointments, processing over the phone payments, worked closely with the scheduling manager and Vice President of the company on multiple background projects as we hired new providers

  • The three main job responsibilities included seal coating, crack filling, along with a combination of painting, striping and signage typically done together.
  • Each job had an umbrella of their own responsibilities which included assists in preparing vehicles before leaving the shop and ensuring we have everything needed to complete the job(s)
  • With seal coating I would drive and operate the truck, I would lay out material with a hose, or spread the material with a squeegee as needed in an incredibly detailed manner
  • I also manage the amount of material in the truck and filled it up as needed
  • When crack filling I will use the pour pot or a wand to help fill cracks or the squeegee would spread the material out evenly. I also ensured the proper amount of material was the crack fill machine
  • Responsibilities that came with striping included setting out new layouts of parking lots, measuring the width and length and making sure the project is square and even, using a striping machine pushed by hand to operate and spray the parking lot lines as well as spraying ADA signage in parking spots as needed
  • Other misc tasks I would perform included installing signs such as no parking fire lane signs, ADA signage, speed radars, and parking blocks all using heavy equipment
  • We would also apply thermal material using blow torches and propane to lay out crosswalks or lines along the road
