Main focus of the job is to help develop and train team members, as well as adhering to production schedules and optimizing performance of the team as a whole. Oversees daily production and breakdown/setup of various production lines as well as setting standards and ensuring safety, 5S and KPI goals are met.

Responsible for inventory management and organization. Coordinated unloading and loading stations. Small workshop repair and assembly as required.

Lift truck trainer, New hire coach, and Freight team member. Responsible for development of team members, 30,60,90 day follow-ups, and accurate performance documentation. The primary focus was knowledge building and mentoring.

Small repair and preventative maintenance on slicers, ovens and fryers. Handled various building repairs as necessary. In charge of ordering systems and inventory control/organization.
