As a Registered Nurse II in the Surgical ICU, I provide high-acuity, evidence-based care to critically ill patients following complex surgical procedures, including cardiothoracic, vascular, trauma, transplant, Neuro, and even Oral maxillofacial surgeries. Although its a surgical unit I as a person was more attracted and specialized in managing advanced life-support therapies such as ECMO, Impella, LVAD, CRRT, and IABP, ensuring hemodynamic stability through continuous monitoring, rapid assessment, and precise intervention. I collaborate closely with intensivists, surgeons, perfusionist, and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes. My achievements include safely managing multiple simultaneous mechanical circulatory support devices, preventing complications through early recognition, and mentoring staff in advanced critical care skills while upholding the highest standards of patient safety and clinical excellence.
