Seeking a position with a successful company who provides a structured challenging environment with future opportunities for growth. My twenty year journey began with being a dishwasher and worked my way to overseeing operations as a whole. Throughout the years I had the opportunity to oversee five remodels and one from the ground-up construction build. All while being a father to a blended family of seven. Over time I have developed new and evolved in a few of the following skills; service-orientation, organizational growth, collaborative and forward-thinking with policy implementation, strategic planning problem-solving abilities while managing nine restaurants with up to twenty employees per location at times. After witnessing many out sourced trades fix equipment I took it upon myself to learn the trades to help fix company equipment to save on cost. Those items included fryers, hot water machines, walk-In coolers, freezers, AC units, soda and tea machines. Ready to take my skill sets and drive to apply them in my next chapter.
