  • Coordinated and managed the interior fabric approval processes for interior, wind deflectors, and other interior components for Macauto, working with the Macauto team, other auto suppliers, and OEMs such as Ford, Honda, GM, Chrysler, and other automakers.
  • Responsible for reviewing and submitting all required material specifications for automotive components required by the OEM to achieve full approval for performance and color.
  • Collaborated with cross-functional teams from suppliers, OEMs, and Macauto contacts to ensure timing milestones were met in order to meet production start dates.
  • Reviewed test packages and samples before presentation and review for sign-off by the OEMs to ensure accuracy and acceptability.
  • Management and inventory monitoring of AAR samples, and master samples as needed.
  • Problem-solve any timing and logistical issues that may arise during the developmental timeline.
  • Served as a Quality Representative for Macauto from 2015 to 2018. This entailed responding in person and/or remotely to address quality concerns and issues.
  • Working with our global team and customer to complete the 8D report, including the development of the root cause analysis, and providing any and all support to the customer until final corrective action and issue resolution are achieved.
