  • I achieved my PAUT certification at the 'University of Ultrasonics'
  • Continued to assist with inspector request and gathered experience performing calibration on Omni X2, X3, crack inspection, AUT (Bandit) corrosion mapping, jockey robot, restore defected gadgetry and PAUT zero-degree corrosion mapping
  • With hard work and self-perseverance, I acquired my API’s for PAUT and Shear wave
  • I worked the 'Fall 2023' turnaround executing IP/MP using rexoform, elbow scanner, hydro form and examine weld quality to codes B31.1 and B31.3
  • I implemented tube inspection, collected data using the NFT method for air fins and ET on partially ferromagnetic materials
  • I had the obligation to keep track off all Eddy Current equipment, keep inventory, and send data for reports
  • With all work and reports accomplished I accumulated plenty of experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Beam Tool, Omni Pc, MagniFi and GageView.

  • I was expected to comply with multiple companies, communicate with all sites leads and Nutrien inspectors
  • I followed all welders and scanned to code
  • I assisted in VT, walked down lines and witnessed hydros as per client’s request at 'Connors Industry'
  • Occasionally attending 'Trinity' to Shear wave circ welds and sumps in their train cars for discontinuities per their standards.
