In 2019, as part of an all veteran team who had partnered with Denver University's Sturm Center, the graduate school for psychology to develop better interventions for veterans suffering from Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. Multiple personality, IQ and team related surveys and questionnaires completed as part of a psychological profile that would be monitored for changes prior, during and post row. These findings would be studied by psychology students to find trends in how each veteran reacted when placed in an extremely stressful environment and then used to create better interventions for the veteran community as a whole. The trip was 50 days, 11 hours and 35 minutes of rowing for two hours, sleeping for two hours, then rowing for two hours as we made our way from San Sebastian de La Gomera across the Atlantic Ocean to Nelson's Dockyard in Antigua.
