Currently at Colonial Electric supply we are a 10+ mill branch, down from the 23 2 years ago when the business shifted out of the region and employees were promoted and business was moved. I cover about 3.5 to 4.2 of those sales annually. It was an older branch that needed to be revamped counter and inside saleswise. Doing more with less is the example.
