• Kept work area clean, neat and well-stocked to maximize productivity.
• Utility workers are responsible for receiving merchandise to OTG's warehouse locations throughout the terminals
• Utility workers will then dispatch the secured goods to its designated locations, which includes our OTG markets and restaurants
• Organizes products and stocks appropriately
• Accepts and receives incoming products into warehouse
• Maintains stock in an organized and clean fashion
• Cleans, sanitizes, and organizes the storeroom including shelving, floors, lights, and vents
• Inspects incoming merchandise to ensure quality standards; reports substandard items to MOD
• Fulfills orders per distribution requests
• Inspects fulfillment orders prior to distribution to ensure quality
• Follows SOPs for fulfillment documentation
• Delivers merchandise, as requested, to locations within the terminal
• Maintains inventory of all warehouse items
• Maintain knowledge of airport terminal and restaurants
  

• Push wheelchair passengers to and from gates
• Carry passengers’ carry-on luggage
• Assist with checked and claimed luggage

Ensure wheel brakes are in place prior to allowing passengers to exit the wheelchair

•Complete any necessary wheelchair or incident reports

•Follow dispatcher gate orders

•Stock needed supplies including, but not limited to, baggage tubs

•Pull unclaimed luggage from baggage belts and ensure its security

•Assist passenger with any problems, questions, or concerns

•Maintain professional working relationships with fellow employees, supervisors, managers, airline employees, and airport authorities

•Demonstrate regular, predictable attendance at job location

•Carry out other duties as assigned

• Checked packages and merchandise for damage and notified vendors.
• Inspected work areas for cleanliness and obstacles and removed cartons and boxes to keep work areas organized and hazard-free.
• Alternated goods in inventory by observing first-in and first-out approach to keep shelves organized and properly stocked.
