My job here consists of:

• Driving a delivery vehicle and making 190 to 230 stops per day, delivering 230 to 400 packages.
• I drive about 130 miles a day and walk anywhere from 6 to 9 miles per shift.

I currently manage my own rental property and my father's rental property. I have been doing so for the last 5 years.

Duties consist of

Repairs.

Pest control.

Scheduling inspections and or repairs. maintaining City related requirements, and more.

I was hired as a Stocker at 18, became a Freight Manager at 20 and at 21 became the Store Manager.

I was a store manager for 6 years. my job consisted of:

• Overall responsibility for store and property, staffing, stocking and maintaining a nice presentable store for the customers to enjoy.
• Seasonal resets
• Store orders
• Maintaining proper inventory numbers and shrink
• Hiring, training and firing people
• Scheduling
• Checking/monitoring payroll
• Stocking

The last 4 years I was employed with Dollar Tree, I had the lowest % of shrink (loss) for my annual inventory's of any store in my district, consisting of up to 19 stores and I beat last years sales 85% of the time, year over year.
