  • Responsible for the management of a $3 million dollar budget that funded law enforcement operations and communications. Managed recruiting, hiring, supervising, developing, evaluating, and correcting deficiencies. Directed all internal affairs investigations, as well as negotiations of the labor contract and other labor related issues.
