
I am a Dynamic and detail-oriented hospitality professional with extensive experience in both the hotel and restaurant sectors, notably at Puake'a Regency. I like to say i excell in enhancing guest satisfaction through exceptional service and maintaining cleanliness, showcasing strong time management and communication skills. Also having the abilityto meet hotel standards and manage tables efficiently, contributing to a significant improvement in service delivery.
I Johnny Bumanglag not only am interested in the room attendant and restaurant indsutry. With my focus and my will and beliefs, i can do a lot more with the right training and guidance.
1.Room Service:
-Serviced and kept residents room clean organized. Eliminate trash, freshen up bathroom, tidy up small living space area, do resident's laundry. Aside from room service, i also did all around public cleaning, such making community's surroundings, lobby, Etc as welcoming as possible.
2. Kitchen Waiter/ Server.:
- Along with the community, also comes their own cafeteria/kitchen to have their breakfast, lunch and dinner. I worked mostly in the kitchen, taking residents order, serving their desired dishes, bringing in dirty dishes, cleaning after their tables and assisting them with their sitting arrangements. Not to mention, also communicating with the kitchen chefs,/staffs making sure all orders are accurate and served properly.
Used chemicals by following safety protocols and procedures to avoid burns and injuries. Also responded to guest requests for assistance with personal hotel items. Strip bedsheets, dirty towels and replaced them with fresh clean ones. Traveled 3 floors to service rooms. With the public, sometime i would clean windows, public bathrooms and breakrooms. /overall, it was a challenging job thar came with a lot of responsibilities, but i loved it due to having put a workout in from all the pushing, carrying and lifting.
I worked with front of house staff (servers, other food runners) to move tables and adjust seating to accommodate groups with special requests. Also supported servers, other food runners, and bussers with keeping dining area ready for every guest. along with taking reservations and to-go orders by phone, answered customer questions, and informed of accurate wait times. One huge thing was having a really good communication and understanding with the chefs, to avoid placing, and taking food orders.
*** This will be my last example of my job experiences. Other than these, ive mostly worked for restaurants and the hotel industry. Some other restaurants i worked for that wasn't included on here are, Genki Sushi, JJ's Broilers, Northside Grill Hanalei, Hilton Garden Inn.
