My responsibilities as team leader of fabrication include, but are not limited to, overseeing jobs as they pass within my department, backup operators as needed, and track flow of jobs as they move through department -ensuring jobs are done accurately and efficiently. I make certain that safety measures are in place and are being adhered to, while also maintaining an organized work environment. Communication with fellow team leaders within the scaffold area is essential to tracking and completing jobs in a timely manner.
