• Assist students with special needs (e.g., physical, emotional, academic).
• Provide 1:1 or small group support during instruction.
• Help students stay focused, follow directions, and complete assignments.
• Escort students to/from classes or activities when needed.
• Help prepare learning materials.
• Support classroom management and maintain order.
• Assist in setting up equipment or instructional resources.
• Reinforce positive behavior through praise and encouragement.
• Help students regulate behavior using teacher or school strategies.
• Report behavioral issues to the supervising teacher or school staff.
• Supervise during lunch, recess, field trips, or transitions.
• Assist students with mobility issues or personal care, when trained and assigned.
• Follow safety protocols and school rules.
