For the last 7 Years i have been working for the Solid Waste Dept. Started as an equipment operator II in yard waste were i come in to work wearing PPE ,we get crew out in the morning go and perform a pre-inspection on the truck making sure is safe for the road. Star heading to the route and start collecting yard waste as quickly and safe as possible. There were 4 different route that help to learn different areas of the city and other driver route, then call the

lead when completed the route for instruction to go help other books like garbage or recycle, and the end of the day fuel up the truck and do a post-inspection on the truck to see if any issues that need to be corrected. A few month in received the training and certificate for a Fully Collection Driver. A few years later move to a Driver loader position in garbage in book 2. I was assign to a rear loader on a ally route for a couple of years, were we pick garbage on alley and street. Later on i was move to a side loader route were i pick up the route and went to go help the rear loader come up off there route. Then was promoted to Automated Collection Driver Were i was given a truck and route were i still do the pre and post trip and collect the solid waste safely and efficiently. I was interim lead driver for little over 6 months were took care of the guys in the field while the were changes going on in the book.

• Managed over $500000 in inventory and 3 employees in a 10,000 square foot warehouse for a construction company.
• Led warehouse improvement initiatives to advance operational efficiencies and increase revenue. 
• Oversaw and motivated a team of 3 employees in the warehouse to increase efficiency by 100%.
• Enhanced slot control of freight in warehouse by optimizing organization efforts.
• Evaluated supplies and product inventory to check for quality and quantity issues and returned unacceptable materials to vendors to obtain replacements or refunds.
• Offered expertise in inventory management and current stock levels to internal teams and customers to facilitate product.

• Maintained established levels of goods based on sales forecasts and demand to fulfill orders on time.

I am responsible for generating computer drawing for High End Custom Cabinets and Rendering 3D elevation of Kitchen , Bath, Wall unit ,etc. on a program call ( CAD ) Computer Aided Design. Provide Plan view and Section drawing for the customers and Elevation drawings for them to approve in the space that is given to us. Once the approvals are in, Then break the Cabinets to part list review with the mill department and assembly department. When Cabinets are ready for install, prepare the install paper work for the installer, cad drawing of the floor plan and section that will need to install the Cabinets. I also use a program call KCDW which is a Cabinetry rendering that provides the customer a 3D photo of what there cabinet will look like. Also place order for the shop supplies and deliver the cabinet to job sites.

I began by working in the warehouse and subbing for drivers that did not come in for work. Loading and unloading truck, making deliveries to job sites in Connecticut and New York. I continue doing that work while i was there and pick up doing sales in the office were i stood my remaining time answering phones and customer care and routing the deliveries for the truck driver for the following day. Also was responsible for ordering stock for the warehouse.

• Responded to customer requests via telephone and email and effectively answered questions and inquiries.
• Verified data integrity and accuracy.
• Answered average of 50 calls, emails and faxes per day, addressing customer inquiries, solving problems and providing new product information.

Started by driving there truck making delivery of boxes of commercial insulation and hvac metal and pipes, to different job sites in the state of Connecticut and New York .The Company driver were bought out by Lilly Co. but still work for Homans Co. but paid by Lilly and soon after that i was put to Supervise and do some duties as a truck driver and schedule the work load for the next day for the other eleven truck drivers in the building, also handle the customer concern and delivery times. It was an eight hour shift turn to be a twelve hour days five day a week.

I started by sealing driveways as one of the workers for about two years. Then move up and got the CDL class B license for a tanker truck and air brakes. As a result made supervisor to the guys in the crew too manage them while out in the field sealing and re-paring the driveways, which had any were from 10 to 30 drive a day . Work seven days a week as long that it did not rain since this was a seasonal job. Start in April to end of October.
