My name is John Foster , I began my career in the commercial construction industry as a superintendent at ALL PHASE COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION . I excelled very quick as a super , the hands on experience running multiple sub-contractors while meeting their needs and keeping them all on the same page with the same goal and understanding of how we would accomplish it. My success as a superintendent lead me into the role of project manager. Where I found my true calling. My ability to form lasting relationships with all of the subs, owners , architects, city planners , inspectors ect. Made it easier to get my needs met in the field. Meetings, invites, progress reports ,pre-construction, look a heads , scopes and proposals ect. After 26 years in the commercial construction industry I have built quite a customer base throughout Texas and beyond. I take my career very seriously and am looking for a company that wants to grow and is committed to excellence. At ALL PHASE COMMERCIAL I was responsible for managing several projects simultaneously , fron $500,000 to $100000000 whether it be the private sector , public sector , municipal , civil , medical , educational , retail , restaurants , lease additions , multi-family or finish outs. I always finish on time and under budget. Whatever it takes , 40 hours a week or 80 hours a week. If hired , I will give you the same commitment I gave ALL PHASE COMMERCIAL .
