Dispatch to technician installations of AT&T home/business services including: broadband, fiber, DirecTV, landline. The role consisted of going in with the intent to consult our wireless products and services, to switch customers over from competitor carriers. The role also consisted in consulting additional wireline services such as adding our broadband/fiber services to eligible customers within an eligible vicinity. The expectations of the role was to close “On The Spot” selling to customers who were not expecting a consultant to come along with the technicians. Role also consisted of cold calling consumer and business leads from salesforce to generate new business for AT&T as an additional opportunity aside from dispatches alone.
