Worked as a site manager for one of the sixteen sites in San Diego. Responsibilities included managing the day to day operations such as staff, site operations, and sales. Site operations consist of making sure equipment is in working order by conducting daily, weekly, and monthly PM's, troubleshooting issues, conduct onsite repairs if needed, create WO's for major repairs assist in any equipment repairs, manage inventory control, work close with vendor's, make sure site is in compliance with state and federal laws. Sales consist of selling monthly and yearly membership to customers.
Responsibilities consist of maintaining accounts car wash systems through monthly PM schedule and any potential operating issues. Installing new wash systems that range from touch free and soft touch units. Conduct routine inventory of products and ensure customers chemical inventory is fully stocked at all times. Up sale other products that company stocks that pertain to wash systems.
Sales responsibilities consist of expanding the ND, SD, and MN area and service existing accounts. Sale of equipment and service include but not limited to cold calls, referrals, leads, and setting appointments. Provide potential customers with sales or service quotes. Service commitment consist of establishing a preventative maintance program for customer owned industrial cleaning equipment such as pressure washers, part cleaners, air compressors, and reclamation system. Also provide support in installing water reclamation systems.
Responsible for the completion of five designated daily routes that are assigned by the customer service manager (COM). These duties include meeting new accounts during start ups, increase revenue with assigned accounts, meet company goals in renewal agreements, work with accounting department in debt collection of assigned accounts, track team revenue and credit status by reviewing weekly and monthly financial reports, meeting assigned deadlines, conduct onsite inventory, ensure that each CSR is on target in meeting the company's objectives, review daily route stops, handle customer inquires and concerns, employee training, conduct safety observations, dispatching, new customer installations and other customer related activities as assigned.
Managed the day to day operations of the Escondido and Coachella branches.
