I was a JROTC Cadet for 3 years and about a half. While enrolled in this program, I learned military image and valuable skills and traits I have retained to this day. Some of these skills and traits are:

• Recorded facts to prepare reports documenting incidents and activities.
• Monitored crowded areas and events to mitigate risk and promote safety.
• Learned Military Uniform etiquette.
• Managed athletics activities and over 200 cadets who participated in these events and activities.
• Daily took inventory of athletics equipment which consisted of Balls, P.T. Gear, and Gatorade supply.
• Managed events such as sports day, adopt-a-quad, Physical Performance test, Friday P.T. days.
• Inspected equipment and facilities for signs of wear or damage impacting safety.
• Administered First Aid and CPR to participants in distress.
• Quickly learned new skills and applied them to daily tasks, improving efficiency and productivity.
• Carried out day-day-day duties accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated respect, friendliness and willingness to help wherever needed.
• Oversaw daily inventory counts to maintain data accuracy.
• Documented received materials into JROTC logisticts system.
