All these positions I was responsible in handling, following precise blue prints and check all parts for tolerance of 1/16” up or down within 10’

We built a lot of aircraft aerospace parts helicopter exhausts etc

• Fix and repair large heavy equipment, tractor parts, buckets that needed air arced, hardfaced after I designed the parts needed on auto cad, cut them out in the plasma table
• Learned how to use tube benders and rollers for precise radiused railing/fencing
• Installed rebar and steel frameworks, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
• Operated heavy machinery such as cranes and forklifts for material handling and positioning.

• Started off running the big 12 ton iron worker, sheering plates, punching holes, doing precise layout
• Ran my own warehouse where I was operating a true shop Sabre 5’x10’ cnc plasma table
• Designing correct layouts and designing parts on many different programs
• Operated MIG and TIG welding equipment to complete fabrications according to specifications.
• Interpreted blueprints and technical drawings to execute precise welds on various materials.
