Responsible for Occupational Health and Safety (SSO) management in the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) of NEOENERGIA's wind, solar and hydroelectric assets. Therefore, as responsible for the management of the SSO team of these assets. Also responsible for OH&S management of projects being implemented.
Responsible for QHSE management (Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Occupational Safety), within NEOENERGIA, coordinating the internal processes in the area of implementation of new renewable projects (wind and solar) as well as related network structures (transmission lines and substations).

• Manage the company's Integrated Management System, integrating the Quality, Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems;
• Implementation and certification of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, PBQP-H Level “A”, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001/ISO 45001);
• Control and management of applicable legislation;
• Development of standards, instructions and procedures;
• Preparation and assembly of the dossier of supporting documents and evidence of quality control, environmental management and occupational health and safety;
• Schedule, carry out and monitor Audits of Management Systems and works;
• Carry out various environmental licensing processes;
• Preparation of Environmental Plans, Programs and Reports for clients and environmental agencies;
• Monitoring of legal documentation;
• Preparation and management of Work Safety Programs and Plans;
• Management representative for matters relating to Workplace Safety, Environment and Quality.
• Monitoring of objectives, targets and indicators;
• Monitoring of technological controls;
• Monitoring environmental conditions;
• QSMS Team Management (Coordinators, engineers, doctors, analysts, technicians);
• Customer service;
• Preparation of proposals for the scope of Occupational safety, environment and quality;
• Guidance, qualification and training;
• Management of the company's Mineral Resources Sector. Carrying out prospecting, licensing and usage management processes;
• Internal Coordinator of the Business Management Program.
