  • Started with the Services Support / Operations Execution team in June 2017, providing catalog management and support for the M2O/2020 configurable tools.
  • Worked on developing, testing, and deploying 2020 catalogs.
  • In July 2018, I transitioned to supporting the M2O platform.
  • I managed 32 vendors, as well as testing and deployments of their catalogs.
  • Worked closely on the project to sunset M2O and implement LQS (blinds), and CMC (millwork) tools into our stores.
  • I now provide catalog management and store support for CMC and LQS, which averages $1.2 billion annually.
  • I now provide remedy support for all store-reported catalog issues in CMC. I work closely with all millwork suppliers to track and correct said issues, and provide automated and manual testing.
  • I work closely with Merchandising to find and correct promotion issues in CMC.
  • I monitor/work the My Red Vest mailbox days/weekends for any project-related issues.
